EXTENDED CARE
Extended care in our home is offered for residents that choose to make Rolling Fields their home permanently or for extended periods of time. Our care partners are dedicated to creating the right home environment for each resident. Care Plans and schedules are set with each residents’ preferences in mind, giving residents the freedom of choice and a life full of variety, spontaneity, and opportunities to both give and receive care.
RESPITE CARE
When a short period of rest or relief is needed from the day-to-day for you or your loved one, there is no place like Rolling Fields. Engage in a life of choice and meaning while enjoying a beautiful country setting.
LeanOn Me
For those caregivers, family members or friends coping with the unique challenges of providing care
to an aging loved one, you deserve extra support. “Lean On Me” is a support group that is free and open
to the public. Meetings take place on the second Thursday of every month in The Den at Rolling Fields.
Refreshments are provided and RSVP’s are requested at (814) 587-2012. While “Lean On Me” is
affiliated with the Alzheimer’s Association, discussion will not be limited to issues related to dementia.
“My mom received phenomenal care from Rolling Fields. She passed on Christmas Day 2019 and because of being with her my family and I did not decorate or do any activities for Christmas. Your staff made us feel so “at home” at Christmas, we celebrated the holiday here with the decorations, Christmas concert, and care partners. All the care partners treated my mother like a porcelain doll. We received carts of food, brought in mom’s dog to visit, and used the café when we need too. The maintenance guys jumped in action when she needed something. We were blown away by the love Rolling Fields provided and you let my mother die with dignity.”
