Pets...

Our pets that live with us receive much care, love and affection from our Elders and staff in return for their companionship and love.  Each of our pets have been adopted with special care by our individual Eden families with the input from all of their family members.  Eden families choose when and what type of animals that they want to be a part of their family.  Not all animal breeds and personalities are well suited for our community living environment.  Each animal undergoes temperament testing before entering our home. The adoption process ensures the right animal is fitted with the right family and it's care abilities.  Elders are encouraged to participate in the daily care for a family's pets.  Elders feed, water, brush, walk and help with all aspects of pet care. 

Our Elder families have adopted many animals including dogs, cats, birds and fish.

We also welcome visiting pets into our home. We do ask that all visiting pets have current vaccinations and health checks. Pet owners keep in mind that we do have a variety of pets in our home including cats, dogs, birds, and rabbits.
