Since 1968 the Braham family has been caring for the Elders in our community. Rolling Fields is currently owned and operated by the second generation of Braham family members, Kim Moody and Cindy Godfrey. Through the years, this family has stood behind the idea that Elders are a valuable asset to our community and have made each Elder that came through their doors a part of their family.

Choices...

In April of 2002, we embarked on a journey that would change life in our home forever. We began by looking at the way we ran our traditional medical model nursing home.

A complete culture change began within our home. Our management team transformed into a leadership team becoming "grandparents" to our Eden families.

Much of our time is now spent empowering our front line care partners and Elders to make decisions regarding Elder care, the result is Elder-centered care.

The most recent accomplishment offers our Elders choices where they once had few. We have spent the last two years transforming our culinary service into a 24-hour made-to-order dining experience.
