Meet Our Eden Families...
In our home, we have six neighborhoods each with two Eden families. Our Eden
families consist of one half of the Elders that live on the street and staff
members from nursing, culinary services, environmental services, activities, the
business office, and a "grandparent" member from the leadership team.
Each family celebrates the strengths of it's individual members. Our family teams share their personal stories; getting to know each other paves a path for close relationships. Each team is encouraged to brainstorm their ideas and seek consensus on the choices that will effect all family members. All disciplines work together with Elders and nurses to develop individual plans of care. Elders are at the center of all decisions.
